second annual (AFTER) Fourth of July Party

Wow...what a party! Thanks to all of those who came. We estimate that there were well over 300 people who attended.

The weather was perfect and Greg Smith and his Rockin Rebel band entertained us thought the day with five excellent sets. A special thanks to Tim Hopkins for emceeing the day as well as sitting in with the band. Thanks also to Mark Walsh for a terrific job on the grill and for being our resident "Judge" for all of the days events. We'd also like to thank our beloved fireworks genius Tony Cerra, for putting on the best amatuer fireworks display anywhere. But most importantly we need to thank Matt's close personal friend, Elvis, for stopping by and delighting the late night crowd.

Special congratulations go out to Greg "the Defacator" Smith who retained his bellyflop championship in a close competiton. Other contestants were Tim "the Hurricane" Hopkins, PJ "Rock" Newcomb, Matt "little Rock" Newcomb, Rick Kinney, Maria Elwell, and Stone. Special congratulations to Paige Kinney for winning the twist contest and two tickets to see Tim McGraw.
