Bylaws

1. Public service and the preservation of the enviornment are our primary purposes, the recreation of our members must always remain secondary.

2. We will strive at all times to make our events open to all persons in the community regardless of their ability to pay or donate to our selected charity.

3. Persons over the age of 18 of any race, religion, or sexual orientation may petition for membership. Those under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission . There is no fee to become a member.

4. Acting president has final approval of all memberships.

5. All members must attend semi-annual meetings in person, by phone, mail or e-mail to remain active.

6. Membership status may be revoked at any time if a member is not significantly contributing toward fufilling our charitable and community causes. Joining for personal or business "networking" is highly frowned upon.

7. When not being utilized for an event, only key level members are allowed access to the organization's facilities due to insurance regulations. Other members must have the approval of the acting president.
